Here at Cath England Reflexology we treat personal data and privacy of our clients very seriously and take appropriate measures to safeguard your privacy and protect and manage any personal data that you share with us.

Any data from enquiries that are made are only kept for the purpose of communicating to make appointments and will be deleted once no longer needed. Any email enquiry via this website will be deleted by Webhealer from their mail list once the email has been passed to Cath England Reflexology. The email will also be deleted by Cath England Reflexology once that thread of communication has been completed.
Personal data is collected by Cath England Reflexology during a face to face consultation and only for the purpose of providing a tailormade treatment plan and session notes. This data includes Name, Address, Date of Birth, telephone numbers, email address.
Data is stored securely for a period of 7 years from last session as required by the selected insurance company. After this time, the consultation forms and clinic notes will all be securely destroyed.
Cath England Reflexology does not keep data stored electronically and does not operate a mailing list or newsletter.
We do not sell your data to any 3rd party.
